My name is Alisha Decoteau.  In my years as a hairstylist, I’ve enhanced my artistic skill as a professional into an art. I grew up in a salon, since the days I can’t even recall.  I did my first style at the age of 10 (finger waves).  Then on, I became a worker in my mom’s salon, the well known “Roni” of  Roni’s Artistic Hands.

As a cosmetologist turned natural hair stylist, I noticed clients knew very little about caring for their hair.  People were intimidated  by the naps while I wanted to embrace  nappy hair to enlighten and bring out ones’ true beauty.   With the help of my team came this site ” Locs by Alisha”, founded for providing spectacular service and informing the misinformed of the exquisite beauty of  natural hair, dreads & locs.
